This is what I did, this time three years ago. I googled the question “how can I best uplevel my life and step into a luxurious international business, relationship and lifestyle”.

I DID NOT know at that point that within three months, I would be an international speaker & coach, that I would go from 62kg to 52kg, meet an amazing Swedish man that swept me off my feet, live in a 5 star villa in Bali and be married within a year.

I am sharing this with you so you know that it is possible and it’s not as hard as you think.

I’m so glad I googled that and started my journey into me and what was really stopping me from creating that life I love and being who I really was.

The thing that stopped me was the fear of judgment from others and a lack of self belief, plus that much of my validation needed to come from others and if I was not liked or approved of, it would floor me.

I was a people pleaser, a doormat in many ways and had awful low level experiences before this, I can tell you – coming from a multi cultural background, being brought up in a warzone at times, physically abused, losing my dad to suicide and two divorces. I don’t even know who that woman before was.

Now, I’m like a totally different person. Back then, I wasn’t being who I was here to be and that changed everything and fast. I learned that a strategy, how to plan and tips as good as they were or law of attraction wasn’t the way for me, and didn’t work fully. I required something deeper and that’s when things really accelerated.
